At Nexora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we work with international fulfillment partners, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are automatically sent for processing and cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
No return will be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Items Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe plus an additional 15 days, please contact us.
After verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Returns Due to Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our dropshipping business and international fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Ordering the wrong size (please review sizing information carefully before purchasing)
- No longer wanting the product after shipment
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item lost during transit
- Order cannot be delivered due to carrier issues
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Delays caused by customs
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to screen settings or manufacturing differences
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
